I never use the 'h, Ctrl-A, f' key sequence anyhow, I do Ctrl-Shift-F and choose "full" template (which I created and which contains just $quote822 in the template body) and click ok. If you want to send it as text/plain only you can also have a template "fwd_with_headers" looking like "${original:header}\n${original:text}". IMHO this is more convenient than the solution proposed by Nerijus.
