The problem was different. The group name I enterred was for a subgroup of autocollect/New Mail. The obvious approach is to enter a group name and then reenter all the contact info for each group member, but surely this is wrong? As an alternative, I would like to enter just the nickname for each member. (A comment on this related to possible nickname duplication: the order of search for the nickname ought to be sensible.)
