I.e. what do you have in the "program text" area? Now it's working for me as well. I had the failures with 0.64.1 (January 2002). At that time, both the "Settings" and the "Rule" values were populated for the rule that was blowing up. I had edited the text directly in the text box and also had cut and pasted it into a text editor then cut and pasted it back after making my changes.
