I've been rather busy this week and have only just installed the debug version of mahogany. I have had some crashes lately but they typically happen about once every 24 to 48 hours. It seems to happen when filtering e-mail. I see the dialog box come up showing me mail filtering and how and then at some point during the filtering process (I think at the end) it dies. Sometimes it dies with a straight Windows exception dialog box other times with the mahogany exception dialog box.
