Hmm, this is probably indeed unnecessary as the Mahogany directory is
used as the prefix for relative folder names anyhow. I'll change this and
let's see what happens.

It's good that you asked about it as I was going to ask for adviceabout
what to do here anyhow. The wizard is the consequence of the
"advanced/novice" mode disappearance -- now there is only one mode and so
the wizard (which was only shown in the novice mode before) is always shown
now.

I think the wizard is less intimidating than the full dialog for the new
users but I agree that it's quite annoying for the others (myself included).
So something has to be done about this, but what? The minimal change I see
is to remember the value of "don't use the wizard" checkbox: this means
that you still get the wizard when you do "create folder" but simply
pressing "next" button takes you to the dialog. Alternatively we could
indeed have 2 checkboxes: "don't use it now" and "don't use it ever". The
problem with this is how would you do to invoke the wizard if you had
chosen to check the latter checkbox? Final possibility could be to have 2
different menu commans: "Create" and "Create with dialog" but this would be
confusing and quite ugly.

Does anyone have any better ideas?
