 No, it's ok -- I decompiled M.mo with msgunfmt.

 Hmm, but maybe I didn't get the right results because in the .po file
which resulted from msgunfmt there were no fuzzy messages (apparently this
is not saved in the .mo file). So finally it might be better if you put
M.po on the web also.

 It does support it. It should automatically use the German translation if
you're using a German Windows version and if you don't, try --lang=de
command line option.
