 Anyhow, if it says it simply means that the SMTP host (or the MTA command)
is empty -- and if it is, you indeed shouldn't be able to send mail. So the
question is what are your settings? Even more precisely, as you can't use
sendmail under Windows, only the SMTP setting matters -- is it empty or not
in your case?
