No but I understand that this can be useful. Maybe I'd add such feature

No. I did add an entry in the bug tracker about it but I'm not personally
interested in doing this right now because all these filters work with the
message body (well, I guess they can be limited to the headers but I don't
think they would be very efficient then). And so I'd have to download all
messages before filtering them -- bad idea as currently about 80% of them
are deleted without having to download them at all.
This being said, it would be trivial to add a Bayesian (or any other)
spam test to M. If you're interested in looking at this by chance I can
explain how to do it.
