The '�' is character code 243, which is Latin1 for o with an acute accent. The email is Latin1 encoded. I.e., Content-Type: TEXT/PLAIN; CHARSET=ISO-8859-1 So, it seems to me that Mahogany shd recognize this as alphabetic. I trust I am revealing my ignorance, but might you explain further.
