I've come to the conclusion that short of tactical nuclear weapons applied to every node of the Internet, there are no panaceas for spam.

 If you have any time to consecrate to this, I think you should post to
mahogany-developers and maybe discuss it with Robert Vazan who is also
interested in adding something like this to Mahogany.

I'm on the list and I've been listening just to hear the culture to make sure I don't step on people's toes (any more than is usual for a heretic like myself).


I'll probably propose something in the next week or two. I'm trying to get some papers and proposals out the door.
