 Ok, this looks correct... The only remaining idea I have is that the
filter is not associated with that folder, could you please check this?
I.e. creating the filter is, maybe somewhat counterintuitively, not enough,
you also have to set it for the "INBOX.Sent" folder. Could you please go to
the "New mail" page of that folder and check if the filter is checked in
"Configure filters" dialog?

 If it is, I really have no idea. If I can access the web mail service you
use maybe I could test it myself but otherwise I really don't know.
