As Nerijus wrote, this problem shouldn't exist any more with the new
text-only composer anyhow so it's probably too late to worry about it...

Normally everything is applied immediately unless you get a warning
telling you that it isn't. Again, being able to reproduce the bug reliably
would help a lot with fixing it.

No. Remove from tree doesn't do anything to the folder itself (i.e.
doesn't delete it if it is a file) but it makes Mahogany forget about it.

B> Heh. So what does this mean? It just doesn't exist? This is quite

Not very much so if you're using an external editor. I think 90% of people
using Mahogany do it -- and maybe you're starting to see one of the reasons
for this. Of course the internal editor should be continued to be improved
but we're probably never going to achieve the same level of quality as a
real text editor, such as the one I'm writing this in (vim).

Ok, I do see the reason for this. You're right, it is a real bug in M. It
is harmless (i.e. it doesn't send anything) but surely annoying. I've never
seen it only because I do store my SMTP login/password in the config.

Please create a bug in the bug tracker so that I don't forget about it and
I'll fix it before the next release.

 Thanks!
