 If you have an IMAP server (or can install one) by far the simplest solution
would be to copy all messages from your local MBX to a folder on IMAP server
and then access it directly with Outlook. In fact, you can get a free account
on something like mailandnews.co.uk just for this if worst comes to worst.

 Otherwise you will have to find a MBX to DBX converter which is much more
difficult, so I really advise you to go through an IMAP server.
