-P <profile> Start with <profile>.

-UILocale <locale> Start with <locale> resources as UI
Locale.
-contentLocale <locale> Start with <locale> resources as

-remote <command> Execute <command> in an already running

-jsconsole Start with Javascript Console
-chrome <url> Load the specified chrome.

In http://www.mozilla.org/unix/remote.html I don't see anything
about noraise neither. You should ask Firefox developers.
