While one can simply left click on attachment to
download it to a temporary file and open this,
all at one go, that is not what I generally do.

I receive many attachments that I save for various reasons.
So I *right* click and pick "Save" from the context menu.
After I save the file, then (or soon after) I wish to open it.

My thought was that the Tools menu could allow this to be 
done easily, *if* Mahogany is handling the "Save" from the
context menu (and thus knows what files were downloaded).
Something like:
        Tools/RecentDownloads
would show the list of recent downloads and selecting a
file from this list would give the same options as the
above context menu (Open, OpenWith, or ViewAsText).
