ILUGCOCHIN met at 2:00pm at the Internet Club Broadway. The meeting was
kicked off as usual with Agenda, with stress on the fact that the receding
economy had infact been beneficial to the growth of the Linux due the costing
cutting measures of Companies which were focused on getting cost effective
solutions which work for todays requirements.
The second half saw the discussions on how to popularize Linux and the members
resolved to do the needful to get people to be aware of the fact that there was
a Linux Users Group which functioned and clarified doubts of the members. The
meeting dates it was resolved will be published publicly in order that
awareness is created.
This ended the meeting for April 2002
