hi the telephone charges you mentioned is applicable for all dialups to numbers starting with 17xxxx. i am using a vsnl account and internet access is free between 11 pm to 7 am on all days. internet access is free on all public holidays and sundays. i get stable connects at 38Kbps. best regards bobby
