u don't get it don't u!! its not abt paying or not-paying for stuff!! its about limiting freedom and putting users in cage to reap maximum benefits and partly out of paranoia and unbelievable greed. For example d-trace debugging software implemented on apple platforms(Leopard i think) won't comply to do it in iTunes..That is it wont listen to us..its doing THEIR job and doing what THEY want to do. How can they force us to use only one or two formats and block us from copying it to our computer(or to your friends like normal ppl ) or put expiry date on information to be deleted..
Tracking mentioned of iPhone might be a stretch..but many users don't know about triangulation capability of their service provider. This might be sometimes beneficial in case of country like India (where Rajesh Talwar's acquitted due to corroboration with triangulation trail in Arushi case).What if u r in Iran or China and govt dont like ur opinions..it could be matter between life and death.
