one more point

we should go forward in a corporate style. this is where non commercial
initiatives fail.

in the corporate scenario people are focussed on one thing. similarly we should
set a focus and goals.

for eg:  contact 1000 people by a ceratin time and tell them about free
software .

this is only an example.

has the lug cochin group ever tried to contact the computer society chapter in
kochi or trivandrum. they were also taking up initiatives to popularise linux.
