It's not hard to get a computer these days. So if you are travel often
then I suggest you to buy a laptop and forget about webservers.
Instead of giving money to google, give it to the laptop manufacturer,
who deserves it. You can use the same softwares in home as well as
outside.  You can ssh into your home computer when you are outside. I
don't travel often but I brought a laptop only because of this reason.
So I'm in control of my own computing instead of google being in
control.

I'm thinking about this problem from a free software user's view.
People who don't know anything about computer or people who are
Propreitary software users - They are supposed to be under google's
control as long as they depend on them.
