Hello Anoop
Download the Anjlaioldlipi font (the ttf file) from
http://sourceforge.net/projects/varamozhi/files/1%20AnjaliOldLipi/0.730/
Mac OS X > 10.3 - double click on the ttf file, it will have an
'install font' button at bottom right side. After install restart
Safari, it should work.
Mac OS X < 10.3 - copy the ttf files to Library/Fonts (for a specific
user only - users/username/Library/Fonts.
Now it will work in Safari.
Meantime, downloaded Chrome (Dev version) for mac and everything
including Malayalam is showing correctly in that too !
Still trying to find a way to read it in FF. Will keep you posted ...

Malayalam is fine on Lin and Win (FF on both), only problem is
