Hope you meant something like BSNL 3G or Idea netsetter or reliance
netconnect.

I have tried BSNL 3G and IDEA Netsetter and made them working in Debian and
Ubuntu

1.BSNL 3G - you get better service and speed (mostly more than 1Mbps,depends
on range)

2.IDEA Netsetter - very easy to configure

Device provided with both these services contains packages or software
through
which we can connect to internet. And steps to configure them are available
in their
readme files.
