Hi Sony, Nice to hear about your initiative. Now installing across 100's of networked computers can be done in several ways, individually one machine by one machine with CD, custom iso, etc. But speed of installation depends on various things like are they of the same specs, is it a fresh install, etc. I have done remote install over 100's of networked machine at time with same configurations with a install script to customize the specifics over NFS. But it does take sometime to configure and setup an image before you install it on the machines.
It might be a wise idea to get your system admin to learn Linux (if he already doesn't) before you make the transition. With 100 machine, it won't be as easy as just one day install.
