In the administration page, I would like the option for mass-
subscription to be 'Invite' by default instead of 'Subscribe'; however,
I could not find any option to set the default, neither on per-list
level nor in the mm_cfg.py. However, this is an important issue, since
our policy is never to subscribe users without their confirmation, but
admins sometimes forget to change the option to 'invite' when adding new
addresses.
