This is as simple as being able to associate a note with a given message which is then displayed (preferably highlighted) against the message in the queue. Invaluable for multiple moderator scenarios and damned useful for me as I tend to deliberately leave some messages in the queue for extended periods (days/weeks) and would like the reminders as to why. 2) Ability to sideline some messages from the moderation queue. They're still in the system, they're just in a different non-default queue.
