Hi, as Mailman's qp routine seems to be completely broken I'd like to know how to prevent Mailman from qp'ing messages (for instance when sending out subscribeack.txt) at all.
I don't see the benefit of qp'ing anyway but wouldn't mind if Mailman
would do it correctly. But that's not the case ...
Any hint is appreciated.
