Debian Wheezy(aka Stable) ships Python3, but it's Python 3.2.3, and IIRC, Barry said Mailman3 now needs Python 3.4 in order to be fully supported.
FWIW, Debian Jessy (aka Testing/Frozen?) has Python 3.4.2.
