Thank you for your interest in Mailman. You could start by going to <https://gitlab.com/groups/mailman/-/issues>. Look for issues tagged easy or beginner friendly. If you are interested in Mailman core, you probably only need to clone <https://gitlab.com/mailman/mailman.git>, but for Postorius and Hyperkitty you should get everything.
