No. All you need for a complete installation is covered in
<https://docs.mailman3.org/en/latest/devsetup.html>.

The other things are either obsolete, experimental or not related to a
full development installation.

There is a #mailman irc channel on freenode. See
<https://www.list.org/devs.html> for some more info. Until a moment ago,
this page mentioned Mailman bundler which is obsolete and didn't mention
mailman-suite, but I have fixed that.

I personally give priority to list email over personal email except in
cases where a list thread is becoming too arcane and is taken off-list.
I.e., if you want to invite me out for a beer, dm/pm is fine, but if you
have a question about Mailman, I prefer it be asked and answered on the
list and in the archives.
