This is an important point.
If your goal is to prevent exposing those non-member addresses in Cc:,
etc. in posts from the list, then all this may help, but if your goal is
to prevent list posts from going to non-members, you can't accomplish
that. by the time mailman receives and perhaps holds the post, it will
already have been sent to all the directly addressed To:, Cc: and Bcc:
recipients.
