How did you run `mailman import21`? I.e. as what user, was your venv active, was there any /path/to/mailman? What do you get from `mailman info` run the same way - i.e., what does it report for config file: and db url:? Are these what you expect?
How did you run `mailman-web hyperkitty_import`? Again, as what user, was your venv active, was there any /path/to/mailman-web? What do you get from `mailman-web diffsettings|grep DATABASES` run the same way. is the ENGINE what you expect?
