[Mailman-Users] Question

I'm maintaining several email lists using Mailman, but I can't find any way to get a list of subscribers emailed to me. I have the list of subscribers set to be shown to the administrator only, not members, and would like to be able to get the list by email using my admin password. Is there any way to do this? The email Help file doesn't list this as an option specifically.
