I've just managed to get Mailman (v2.0.13) working, but have found that external mail disappears.
I can subscribe and post msgs from the same domain, but anyone subscribing from another domain does not get any response. Where do I look to see at what point the failures occur? There are no entries in logs/error. The incoming mail gets as far as the qfiles directory and is then processed by qrunner and there are relevant entries in logs/subscribe but no confirmation msg is sent out, although this process does work fine for the local domain. Is there any way to trace what is going on?
