Bounces that result in a disable are sent to the listowner. Ones that just increment the score are logged in the 'bounce' log, but the message itself is discarded. Thus, if you just want to know if bounces are occurring, you can look at the 'bounce' log. There is no way within Mailman to see the bounce message for a bounce that does not result in a disable.
