I don't think there is any issue persisting because of Gmail, but just like to tell that he is sending the messages from his mobile phone.

It is not like gmail/googlemail to not include some reason for the
non-delivery. Are you sure that what you posted is the complete
message the user received from googlemail?

Without knowing why googlemail can't deliver the message, it's hard to
suggest possible remedies.


Go back to the user and ask him if he is sure there wasn't any other
information in the DSN.

Also, check your incoming MTA logs to see if there is anything there to
indicate you rejected the message.
