Which was what I said, no? Except that I listed out the requirements to pass the basic checks. I'm not sure what your point is. We know that sites, including big sites, are giving spam points to messages that pass neither SPF nor DKIM, and some (Gmail) even require From alignment for sites that have a p=none policy (Gmail, itself). We don't need to know why, we just need to tell Mailman admins how to configure their MTAs. And in the case of Gmail's stealth from alignment requirement, Mailman itself added a mitigation to recent releases.
