Hi!
I have the win32 version 2.0 installed from the downloaded mailmanager-2.0.exe
file. It is installed with postgreSQL-8.0.7 on a Windows 2000 Professional
server.
Have been quite happy with this product so far. However, I have an application
where I need to use the "catgory1" and "category2" (User defined) category
groups. I can go into Settings - Options and set these category groups up with
choices and turn them on. I can assign tickets to these categories. When I go
into the Reports - Email Received, I see "By category" - "By user defined 1"
and "By user defined 2" in the Reports list. However, when I attempt to view
the "By user defined 1" or "By user defined 2" categories, I have the following
problems:

Click on "By user defined 1" - I get a "Site Error" as follows:

Error Type: ProgrammingError
Error Value: ERROR: syntax error at or near "SELECT" at character 57 SELECT
DISTINCT(category1) AS catname FROM mm_ticket SELECT DISTINCT(category0) AS
catname FROM mm_ticket

Click on "By user defined 2" - I do not get a Site Error. But the Report shows
the Category 0 name list, NOT Category 2???

ANY SUGGESTIONS on how to get a good reporting package or FIX this one??
