The problem you have cited appears to be a bug in the 2.0 release which comes with the windows installer. There will hopefully be a new installer created in the next few weeks, to coincide with our 2.1 release. Alternatively, you can attempt to use the 2.0 release, and upgrade to 2.0.10, or to 2.1-rc7.
