Pawel,

You now need to set TZ=UTC in the zope startup scripts (zopectl/runzope.py)
in order to run Zope in UTC. This should be documented in the readme file
somewhere, although it would be helpful if I wrote a 2.0 - 2.1 update guide
which covers all of the changes between the vesions.
