If you go to the Gmail web interfaces can you then locate the email in
a specific mailbox?
But I do not know which folder to the message will.
The message is not downloaded MailMate. It’s a problem !
Maybe check via “Edit Subscriptions” in the IMAP account editor
that MailMate synchronizes all relevant folders.
