Hello,
How do I set the IMAP Path Prefix in MailMate?
I'm connecting to a Courier IMAP server. In other email clients, I have
had to set the IMAP Path Prefix to `INBOX` for my folders to display
correctly.
I want my folders to show like this:
```
Inbox
Drafts
Sent
Spam
Trash
Read
```
Instead of indented below the INBOX like they are now:
```
INBOX
Drafts
Sent
Spam
Trash
Read
```
If setting IMAP Path Prefix is not possible, is there another way to
view my top-level folders as flat instead of hierarchical?
