The edit-in-TextMate command works if I select it from the menu, but not
if I type the `^⇧O` hotkey. My mac just beeps when I hit the hotkey.
Anyone else have this problem?
The hotkeys for other items under the Commands menu do work for me
(e.g., `⌥C` for copy email address).
(I try to confirm that the hotkey was registered correctly, so I
installed [CheatSheet](https://www.mediaatelier.com/CheatSheet/) and it
does not list *any* of the Commands menu items as having hotkeys, so I
dunno 🤷♂️)
