Alain,

Did you try to just drag them to the place you prefer ?

You can do that with any Mailbox but just be sure not to drop an imap-mailbox 
into another mailbox since this will move all the messages  . . .
and might take quite some time ( “Undo” can be a life saver ( aka cmd-Z . . .  
) ).
