Although I had made no changes in Mailmate, last night Mailmate stopped
receiving messages. I can send but not receive. Another mail client does
receive the messages, so they seem to be arriving at my computer. I’ve
checked the Junk folder, and none of them is there.
Simultaneous with that, under "Sources" in the vertical column along the
left, everything under that account ([email protected]) is greyed out. I
checked to see if the setting had been switched to "offline," but the
only option at the very bottom, which was greyed out, was "take
offline.”
