In the Window Menu, try “Activity Viewer”. There you should see an outline of the activity logs. One section for each defined server connection. These sections feature trangle controls for fold/unfolding. When unfolded there seems to be one line for each log file. My guess is that the older logs are rendered in a dimmer font. If you select a log then below it will show the log. You’ll need to scroll down a lot in that view to see the current log. I select all and copy it all over to Emacs.

So you may be able to find a clue that way. - ben

Although I had made no changes in Mailmate, last night Mailmate stopped receiving messages. I can send but not receive. Another mail client does receive the messages, so they seem to be arriving at my computer. I’ve checked the Junk folder, and none of them is there.

Simultaneous with that, under "Sources" in the vertical column along the left, everything under that account ([email protected]) is greyed out. I checked to see if the setting had been switched to "offline," but the only option at the very bottom, which was greyed out, was "take offline.”

Thanks for any help you can provide.
