Yes, if both the source and destination mailbox are online and fully 
synchronized then any move of a message should be synchronized with the 
server(s) (MailMate should also not be busy synchronizing other mailboxes). A 
message deletion is also a move unless the user is deleting something which is 
already in the mailbox for deleted messages.
