Hi Tracy,

I cannot duplicate your issue here. I do use ~10 accounts on various other
common servers: Google, Apple, Microsoft, Yahoo! And this one, a small cPanel
based commercial server account on my business accounts.

No disconnect issues as you describe it with any on client side either Apple
Mail (on iOS mainly) or on MM. So it sounds like a one-off situation with a
particular server or something on your system or your local internet service
and MM.

Maybe your own internet connection and MM are not getting along. Have you tried
any of the standard stuff beyond just differing clients connections to narrow
this down (in no particular order):
* Share a listing of machine and version of MM (there are many versions out
there). Possibly abbreviate it for security concerns?
* Report all conditions - upgrades you may have made in that time frame or
recovery of relevant of your past settings?
* Changing the connection modes (LAN vs WiFi connectivity)?
* User account log in. Test with an alternate temporary User account?
* Machine log in. Log in to same account from another machine?
* Create a quick new MM installation on the one account that you’ve identified?
* Check if other users on that account are reporting anything?

Here’s what I’m using and working with (from the built-in feature of Feedback
in the Help Menu window).
My system: MailMate/6292/8E0C2B0xxx, OS 26.5.0/arm64/Mac16,5/14
(app/version/MacOS/CPU/type/MBP equipment).

Respectfully,

Henry Seiden
