I've had exactly this problem; I host a mailman installation for several
lists and the moderator prompts themselves are frequently bounced as
spam, causing me to deal with those bounces...
Unfortunately I think that anti-spam measures that trigger on email
content - which Mailman will send, inevitably - are not going to go
away, so the solution is to either
a) Ensure that mailman moderator traffic can be whitelisted in order not
to tarnish the reputation of the mailman host, or
b) Reconfigure mailman to send notifications without the spammy payload?
(I havn't investigated this).
I have taken to hosting guest pop3/imap accounts on the same server in
order that I have complete control of delivery of the emails in
question. I've also recommended that listserv admins don't use any of
the big-player freemail services (including gmail, yahoo etc) who
abstract the ability to have any real say on mail delivery.
