I am impressed you went through that much work, and its a bummer you had to do it.
After looking at the daily logs we send them more than 100 emails a day, if they are throttling based on that I would expect to see quite a bit of back pressure or non-deliverables. However the majority of the email we deliver to them goes through. It sounds like their 'special sauce' filter is not understood by the people you talked to when you reached out.
