softfail was intended as your " testing phase " so you didn't lose legit
mail when you are setting it all up before moving to -all hardfail once
you got your policies working correctly - it's laziness for those
permanently using softfail, if they have no faith in their abilities to
get it right, they should sod off and let someone else in the job who
will do it right.
Also outright stupidness for those using ?all (why that was ever
included I'll never know, it's a waste and should be deprecated)
